A Russian court extended the arrest of property of the Lipetsk factory Roshen

Российский суд продлил арест имущества Липецкой фабрики RoshenThe property of confectionery factory Roshen in Lipetsk has left under arrest until Dec.

Basmanny court of Moscow extended the arrest of 12 real estate confectionery Corporation Roshen, owned by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Lipetsk.

“At the request of the investigator the term of provisional arrest of 12 properties, extended to 13 December”, – said the press Secretary of the court Juno Tsarev.

Thus, under the seized property hit factory finished goods warehouse, four workshops, and a utility building housing, and seven land plots with total area more than 700 thousand sq. m. allows the factory to operate the arrested property, but illegal to sell it or to rent out.

In January, the Corporation Roshen for economic and political reasons the factory was closed in the Russian Lipetsk.
