The offender faces up to ten years in prison.
Under the procedural guidance of the local Prosecutor’s office completed pre-trial investigation on the fact of deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm of a 32-year resident, which led to her death (a criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
Recall that the woman who was 7 months pregnant, died 14 June from severe closed traumatic brain injury in the Central regional hospital.
According to the results of a pretrial investigation it is established that injuries to the woman during a dispute caused by her 35-year-old roommate.
In evidence the latest result of collected solid evidence on the basis of which the Department of local prosecutors indictment against the man sent for consideration to the district court.
At the initiative of the Prosecutor the accused is in custody.
For the crime the man is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment from 7 to 10 years.
