The consequence intends to petition for the arrest of the physician, the woman is released under recognizance not to leave.
Fokina said that the 33-year-old psychiatrist last year was convicted of a similar crime and sentenced to a fine of 500 thousand rubles. Now the consequence checks all patients of the doctor, twice convicted of bribery.
In July 2016 in Saratov 73-year-old doctor, who took bribes chickens for sick leave, was sentenced to 50 thousand rubles fine.
