British promoter Eddie Hearn announced the preliminary information on the second fight between Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko.
The first meeting of the two Olympic Champions took place on 29 April in London at the legendary stadium “Wembley” Klitschko and Joshua gave one of the most exciting fights in the heavyweight division since memorable felling between Vitali Klitschko and Lennox Lewis. In a battle with the mutual knockdowns youth trumps experience – Joshua in the 11th round Klitschko won by technical knockout.
Ukrainian veteran is entitled to an immediate rematch. On return from a short leave Klitschko promises to make a final decision: a rematch with Joshua or retire from Boxing.
“I think that Klitschko will approve a rematch, so we can find a date. “Principality Stadium” in Cardiff will be unavailable in November because of the Rugby, so 28 October is the most suitable option.
In the options, are also considering Las Vegas, China and Dubai,” said Hearn in an interview to a journalist of the British newspaper “The Independent”.
