A powerful explosion in Kiev: new details

At present militiamen establish all circumstances of incident.

Became known the details and the reasons for the explosion in Solomenskiy district of Kiev on may 1.

With this information, after arrival of militiamen and “fast” the owner of the apartment where the explosion occurred, said he was asleep in the room when there was an explosion.

From the hospital the man refused, the medical care he was provided on site.

“The police examined the scene, from which he was removed metal debris and other items that are sent for examination”, – reported in police.

At present militiamen establish all circumstances of incident. The collected data included in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. The investigative Department of Solomenskiy police Department initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 263 (“Illegal weapon handling, fighting supplies or explosives”) Criminal code of Ukraine.

The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term up to seven years.
