Militiamen find out all circumstances of incident, in particular, the origin of the explosive device
Police detained the pensioner who threw a grenade at a group of people. About it reported in a press-service of the police in Khmelnytskyi region.
Militiamen established that between the group of men had a conflict on the basis of division of property, in the midst of which 65-the summer pensioner has undermined the fighting grenade “RGD-5”.
Most of those present managed to hide, but the 46-year-old melnychyn was not oriented in time and received in the explosion of shrapnel wounds of the back and legs.
The attacker was detained, he is in a temporary detention center.
On the given fact initiated pre-trial investigation under section 5 of part 2 of article 115 (attempt to murder) and part 1 St. 263 (illegal weapon handling) criminal code of Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing.
Recall that in Transcarpathia in one of the village bars shooting occurred. The young man picked a fight with the bartender and shot the TV.
