Special monitoring mission of OSCE recorded in the last month in the Luhansk region, 7 wounded and dead among the civilian population.

“Over the last month in the Lugansk region recorded 7 casualties among the civilian population,” said hug.

He noted that from January 1 this year, the OSCE observers documented 341 victim (killed and wounded) among civilians. According to him, that’s 37% more than in the same period last year.
