A kick in the ass and money on the spot: brave the money changers offended armed-robber

The Nikolaev speculator in foreign currency bravely fought off an armed criminal.

In Nikolaev on Monday, November 13, on Avenida Central between streets 3-I and 6-I Suburban was an attack on “speculator in foreign currency” with a weapon. It is reported by the Chronicle.Info with reference to Crime.NO.

It is worth noting that this same person had committed an armed attack in the same place in June 2017. The man was wounded from a sawn-off shotgun, and seized 100 thousand hryvnias. Later, the attackers detained by the riot police.

As told the interlocutor of the edition from GUNP, in the room of second-hand burst into the unknown in the cap and began to demand from the “money changers” money. Between men a fight broke out, during which the attacker pulled out a gun and made four shots, but did not hit his opponent.

During the conflict, the assailant dropped his gun and “money changers” gave him a kick in the ass, after which the latter fled from the scene.

Now on the scene working police officers. Law enforcers are searching for the assailant man.

Later in the communication Department of the Main Directorate of Ukraine in the Nikolaev area reported that the signal of the attack on 45-year-old man was admitted to militiamen at 16:20.

During the inspection of the crime scene police found shell casings and rubber bullets to the gun of traumatic action. The attacker continued to find.

Information on incident entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of part 1 of article 187 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (“Robbery”). The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
