A daring robbery in Kiev: an armed gunman attacked the girl

The man took the victim a package of food and a mobile phone.

In Kyiv, the foreigner in the street attacked a stranger and, threatening with a knife, snatched from her hand the products and mobile phone.

The incident happened on the street Hlybochytska of the Shevchenko district of the capital. The alien noticed the stranger with a mobile phone in hands. Without hesitation, he pounced on the girl and started to beat her. After that he snatched from the hands of the victim a package of food and a mobile phone.

The attacker was detained near the scene of the crime.

At trial, the defendant, who has previously brought to criminal prosecution, fully admitted his guilt. Sentence of Shevchenkovsky district court in Kiev of an alien for committing a criminal offense under part 1 of article 187 (robbery), was sentenced to three years imprisonment.
