Well-known Russian artist drew a caricature, which depicted Minister of defense of Russia Sergey Shoigu with the bricks. Judging by the picture, the official is to build the Reichstag, a copy of which was going to build in one of the parks of Moscow region.
The corresponding image published on the page “DW (Russian)” in Facebook.

In one of the comments a user said that first, Shoigu is to build a highway across the country.
