A car bombing in the capital of Somalia: seven killed

The exact number of victims specified.

The attack occurred near government buildings in Mogadishu.

In the center of Mogadishu, a car exploded, killing at least seven people.

In service “first aid” did not rule out that the number of dead could rise.

The speaker of the municipality of Mogadishu Abdifatah Omar Halan said that the dead were civilians and accused the attack of militants group “al-Shabab”.

The police said that the explosion occurred near the complex of buildings in which are located the Ministry of security and sports of Somalia.

The explosion completely destroyed one cafe, damaged another and destroyed three cars.

Islamist group “al-Shabab” since 2011, leads the fight against the Pro-Western Somali government.
