80-year-old resident of Russia killed her neighbor due to his refusal to marry him

80-the summer inhabitant of the Nizhniy Novgorod region are detained on suspicion in murder of the woman who refused to marry him. About it reports regional Department of the Investigative Committee (IC).

According to investigators, the evening of 2 April, an elderly widower has invited the 51-year-old neighbor. Chant with a woman alcoholic drinks, he asked her to marry him. The woman refused, after which he received numerous stab wounds, ran from the apartment and fell on the stairwell where he died.

Investigators are preparing to proceed against men charged under article 105 of the criminal code (“Murder”) and to elect him a measure of restraint. Himself a widower has denied involvement in the crime. To criminal responsibility previously he was not involved.

April 3 in the Ryazan region, was detained a man suspected of killing his ex-wife and three children. On April 2 at about 23:30 in an apartment house in the village of Iskra were found the bodies of 33-year-old local woman and her sons — three, 11 and 14 years. According to experts, each of the victims died from multiple stab wounds.
