It is assumed that the explosion made a suicide bomber.
At least 68 children were among 126 killed in the explosion in the suburbs of Aleppo.

On Saturday, April 15, a car bomb exploded near a bus evacuating people from the cities of Foix and Kefraya. The attack occurred in rebel-controlled district of Rashidin.
Among the dead was also the humanitarian workers and rebels guarding the buses. Many were injured of varying severity.
The column was evacuated at least five thousand people, including civilians and Pro-government fighters, who have been given permission to leave two Shiite cities of Foix and Kefraya, for more than two years under siege.
Meanwhile, there are reports of shelling in the Syrian capital Damascus, injuring several people, mostly children.
As reported by Pro-government media, at least three shells fell on the Central square of the Umayyads. State television blamed the shelling of the “terrorists”.
