Poroshenko has promised to introduce the decision of the Council, which will work in 2018.
“Accelerated today, a system of fixation of biometric data. I want to note that according to the NSDC that will be released, the locking system of biometrics at checkpoints across the state border, which should start operating from January 1, 2018, will give full to earn the unified national system of biometric verification and identification of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and persons without citizenship”, – said Poroshenko on Friday in Kharkov, opening the center to provide administrative services to citizens.
We will remind, in July, Poroshenko said that Kyiv will introduce biometric controls for citizens of other countries who cross the border of the country, has prepared the relevant draft decisions.
