The Solomensky district court of Kiev chose a measure of restraint to the Chairman of the State fiscal service Novel Nasirova in the form of detention for 60 days with a right of Deposit in the amount of 100 million UAH. It is reported from the courtroom, the correspondent of RBC-Ukraine.
Monday, March 6, Solomenskiy district court of Kiev continued on Saturday, March 4, the proceedings on remand dismissed the head of the State fiscal service Novel Nasirova.
During today’s meeting, the protection of the President of the SFS was denied in the petition for disqualification of a judge Aleksadr Bobrivnyk and also in forensic examination.
At the same time, the court has attached to criminal case documents about British and Hungarian citizenship, which was previously released a Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office.
We will remind, earlier the court session on election of a measure of restraint to the Chairman of the SFS Novel Nasirova was postponed until 10:00 on March 5, 2017.
