15-year-old beaten to death by great aunt

In the Khmelnitsky region detained 15-the summer guy who was beat to death the sister of his grandmother.

The body 61-the summer inhabitant of one of villages with signs of violent death in her home found sister, who lived nearby. The suspicion of militiamen fell on the cousin of the grandson of the deceased, who during communication with the police was visibly nervous.

From the first words, entangled in his version of the tragedy, the minor admitted that the death of the sister of his grandmother – the work of his hands.

Guy is an orphan and was under the care of his grandmother. In the evening of the tragedy he was returning from a rural cafe after watching a soccer match. On the way home went to a lonely relative, with whom he had a quarrel on the household soil.

Angry, the guy attacked the woman with his fists and beat her so that doctors diagnosed an open head injury and multiple fractures of the skull. Leaving the pensioner, he ran home, but after lunch next to his house have come to the police.

On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – deliberate heavy injury, which sanction prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of seven to ten years.

At this point the guy is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. The investigators intend today to tell him about the suspicion.
