South Africa — very beautiful and exciting country.
South Africa is large, diverse and incredibly beautiful region.
Here are the large and modern cities on the continent, as well as some amazingly scenic national parks. Due to the proximity of civilization and the wild nature of South Africa is the ideal place to relax and explore the African culture. Also this is quite safe for tourists, in contrast to several Central African countries, recently emerging from military action.
The Kruger national Park. One of the largest nature reserves across the African continent, the Kruger national Park covers an area of 19 485 square kilometres. Its territory is inhabited by many wildlife species, including most rare. To fully enjoy the beauty of this huge Park and to get acquainted with its inhabitants, it is best to spend some time at the Lodge hotel, located directly on the territory of the reserve.
Transboundary national Park Kgalagadi. Large and majestic nature reserve, which covers the territory of two countries: Botswana and South Africa. Here, among the endless red dunes, is home to herds of wildebeest, gazelles, Cannes, as well as various predators such as lions, cheetahs and leopards.
Hermanus. The town of Hermanus situated on the southern coast of Africa, known by its coastline you can spot whales that migrate here every year from August to November.
Road gardens. Scenic route stretching from Cape town to Port Elizabeth. Garden route passes through the nature reserve of pristine beauty with many forests, rivers, lakes, waterfalls, lagoons and other natural wonders.
Addo national Park. One of the biggest national parks of South Africa is famous for its elephants that have a special skin color with a brown tint. Also Addo is the only national Park in the world where you can see the so-called “Big seven”: elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, lion, leopard, whale and great white shark in their natural habitat.
The Drakensberg mountains. Mountain area, located on the border between South Africa and Kingdom of Lesotho. In the mountains there are many caves with ancient rock paintings, and from the peaks of the mountain range offers stunning views of South African scenery.
Of The Cape Winelands. Most vineyards in South Africa located to the North-East of Cape town. Valley vineyards also are hosts to the five-star hotels and expensive restaurants where you can taste the best of local wines.
Cape town. A modern metropolis with a mild climate and good infrastructure. Cape town is considered the best place for shopping and relaxing on the beach, as it is very popular for water sports like surfing and kite surfing.
Johannesburg. The sixth most populous city on the continent and the largest in South Africa, Johannesburg is the economic heart of the whole of South Africa. Main attractions: lion nursery theme Park “gold Reef city”, an ethnographic village Lesedi cultural village and many interesting museums.
Durban. Popular tourist city of Durban is on the East coast of South Africa. Here you can relax on the beach, diving or surfing, and to try Indian food (Durban is home to the largest Hindu community in the world). And don’t forget to buy lots of cheap packages made of polyethylene, to gather stones, shells and other sea delights.
